✨ THE HOUSE RULES ✨

Okay guys. Biar kita semua, like, comfy and no drama, please read this. This is basically our agreement biar sama-sama chill.

1. ⚠️ THE CURFEW (Kampung Inggris Rules)

So, basically, area sini tuh quiet down jam 10 malem (22.00). The main gate will be closed, sharp. We just gotta respect the local rules, okay?

2. 🚫 YOUR GUESTS, YOUR RULES (But Also Ours)

Having friends over? Cool. TAPI, let's be clear on this:

• Kalo, like, beda gender, they can only chill di area depan/tamu. That's the boundary.

• Your room is YOUR sanctuary. Literally lawan jenis DILARANG masuk kamar. No negotiation, periodt.

3. 🎧 KEEP THE VOLUME, LOWKEY

After 10 PM, kita semua deserve istirahat. So, please, kalo lagi call, dengerin music, atau gaming, keep the volume down. Respect your neighbors, guys.

4. ✨ CLEANLINESS IS A VIBE

This is our home, not a dumpster, you know?

• Buang sampah properly pada tempatnya.

• Kalo abis pake common area (dapur, lounge), please clean up after yourself. Leave it as you found it. Simple.

5. 🔐 SECURITY (Be Smart, Please)

Don't lose your keys! Kalo ilang, which is bakal repot, there will be a replacement charge. And please, selalu kunci kamar dan gerbang for our shared safety.

6. 🐶 SORRY, NO PETS

We love anabul, for real. Tapi unfortunately, this place is not pet-friendly. Sorry 'bout that.

7. ❌ THE ZERO TOLERANCE STUFF

This is super serious. NARKOBA, MIRAS, JUDI, and any illegal activities... it's a hard NO.

• Ketahuan? It's straight up "Auto-Kick" + Lapor Polisi. We don't do drama here.

✨ BTW, THE GOOD STUFF (AND THE "BUT") ✨

• Good news: Your rent udah include listrik buat basic needs (lampu, AC/kipas, charge HP/laptop). No extra pusing tagihan.

• THE BUT... Ini NGGAK cover alat elektronik watt gede, okay?

• So, please NO bawa rice cooker, hairdryer, kompor listrik, atau pemanas air ke dalem kamar. It's for our safety dan biar listriknya stable buat semua.

• Kalo literally butuh banget? Chat Admin dulu. Maybe ada extra charge atau solusi lain.

• (And yeah, be wise. Kalo nggak dipake, turn off AC/lampunya. Save energy, you know?)
